It’s daunting enough that the big box retailers have deep pockets at their disposal to take over every media channel known to consumers. Never mind every business known to man claiming never before discounts.
Well, there’s good news, making your holiday into a payday as a small business owner doesn’t have to be so hard. With the right focus and action plan at your disposal, you can easily capitalize on the customers you already have AND garner some new ones — all without cutting deep into your profits or giving things away.
And because I believe retailers aren’t the only ones this season that deserve all the fun, service-based businesses should tune in too.
